The owners of Advantage Property Rentals  come from Military families and have a tremendous respect for those brave individuals who risk their lives to protect our country. We realize the paycheck provided to these courageous individuals are far from adequate and our current economy isn't making matters any better.

We have made the decision to off-set the expense for you and your guests through the months of February, July & November. This will allow you to enjoy our Rental Properties at a 50% discount regardless of the number of days you choose to stay with us. Contact us regarding our payment return policies for 1/2 price or discounted reservations.

We are experiencing 65 to 75 degree days here at the dunes and they are expected to climb through the month of February. July tends to be much warmer during the days but the night riding is some of the best in the country. Relax in our air conditioned properties during the day and ride the warm dunes at night! Check for "Full Moon" dates on our calendar.

Warm temperatures tend to linger all the way into November. In some cases we experience 65 degree weather all the way to December 1st.

Restaurants and Local Amenities are all accessible along the ATV trail which provides access to some of our Rentals, the dunes and the town of Waynoka.
