As we prerpair to expand our trail properties we will be selling two of our previous weekend rentals.
This large vacation rental is a favorite of many return Guests. You can also park your trailers at our Park Avenue property for 24hour ATV trail access. Currently, The House of blues does not have direct trail access. (See Map Below or call us for details) Day time trail access is just one block away at Hutch's market.
The kitchen tends to be the main entertainment area with plenting of seating at the island. A Refrigerator and additional freezer provide ample food storage for larger groups.
The big screen TV provides entertainment for the whole family during your important sports events.
There are currently two bedrooms that will accomidate two adults in each room. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a privacy hallway and seperate bathroom.
The living room has been used for the younger crowed allowing enough room for several sleeping bags. In all, this rental can accomidate up to 8 to 10 guests.
A third bedroom is in the works for 2007.
The patio area is great for getting out of the sun and entertaining guests. The barbeque is to be used by adults only.
We allow pets at all our properties. This location comes with a fenced in back yard allowing your pet the freedom to romp around and get some running room.
All the cooking amenities have been provided at this location. Pots, Pans, eating utensils are all on site.
As with all our rentals, all your food can be purchased by our staff and stored ahead of time in both the refrigerator and or freezer ready for your arrival.
We'll even bring in the steak & lobster from the East Coast for your convienence.
Our staff provides cleaning services to all our locations assuring you and your family that you'll have a plesently clean stay in our vacation homes.
