Our spacious Rental Properties are unique in the industry. Now avalaible are the; Park Avenue, House of Blues, “Eagle's Nest, and Eagle's Roost , Your guests will enjoy a full kitchen, ample sleeping and dining facilities, parking (for all your vehicles, trailers, and sand toys), privacy, security and being close to local Waynoka Business. Save drive time and $$$ hundreds in gas. Scrap the tent, forget the hotel, leave the motor home or toy hauler at home and stay with us. Why do they come to the Little Sahara? •ATV Trail Access to the Little Sahara Sand Dunes
We offer direct trail access to the dunes from three of our four rental locations. Guests who occupy non-trail access properties have the ability to trailer and park on our trail access properties to enter the dunes. Privacy with no parking hassles makes this a favorite with  guests. We also provide updated Trail Maps.

•No Additional Guest Fees
Hotels and Motels can charge nightly fees for each additional guest.  We don’t charge these fees and can save you $$$ hundreds of dollars during your stay with us. We allow up to 12 guests in our standard properties and up to 24 in our package combo properties.  Additional discount packages are available. Your seventh day is FREE! •No Check-In or Check-Out Times
We rent by the day not by the night! Guests traveling long distances enjoy our “All Hours Policy” which allows them the freedom to arrive early in the morning (1:00am) or depart late in the afternoon (5:00PM).

•Food Delivery Service!
Allow us to do all the shopping for you and have your refrigerator stocked before you arrive. We can save you hours in shopping, packing and unloading. We will even deliver the Steak & Lobster from Maine! See; Food Delivery at our Reservation's page for details.

•We Love Pets!
Don't leave that furry family member at home, your pets are always welcome.  We do require a pet deposit when you reserve your property. See Reservations for details.
